About Aarhus Training Collective

ATC is a training offer for companies in Aarhus. As your regular personal trainer, I provide weekly sessions that go beyond just physical exercise. My approach brings training back to basics with simple, effective methods accessible to everyone—from beginners to advanced. Utilizing minimal equipment like dumbbells, sandbags, gymnastic rings, and the environment around us, ATC aims to build both strength and resilience. Each session is designed to help individuals and groups refine their movements, strengthen their bodies, and develop a solid foundation for ongoing progress in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Meet Your Trainer

Hello, I'm Julius Hindø, the founder of ATC and a CrossFit and strength and conditioning trainer since 2012. In addition to my work as a trainer, I've built a career as a CrossFit athlete, competing at both national and international levels. Over the years, I've served as a certified CrossFit trainer at three different CrossFit affiliates, taking on the role of head coach at two of these locations.

I grew up in Sønderborg and moved to Aarhus in 2018 to pursue a degree in training physiology and sports science. I recently completed my master's degree in human physiology at Aarhus University.

I currently live in Aarhus with my girlfriend, Emilie, who is a doctor at Randers Hospital. We’ve just welcomed our first son and are enjoying this new chapter of our lives.
