What I Offer

I offer customized weekly training sessions for teams of up to 30 individuals at your company. These sessions are tailored to your employees’ fitness levels and existing facilities or outdoor surroundings.

The building blocks of each training session will include a diverse range of methods, such as functional and strength training, gymnastics, and conditioning. These will be performed individually, with a partner, or in teams of three to four people. Each setup offers unique benefits—training alone builds personal discipline and focus, working with a partner enhances cooperation and accountability, and training in a small team fosters adaptability and shared motivation. To develop fully, it’s essential to experience and train in all these constellations.

We will use dumbbells, sandbags, drag ropes, slam balls, gymnastic rings, and the surrounding environment. The training provides versatility and enables participants to develop self-reliance and manage their own bodyweight and external loads, while also bettering themselves in a team setup.

As your on-site trainer, my primary objective is to elevate the fitness level of your team and foster a healthier workplace culture. My inclusive approach ensures that employees of all fitness abilities can participate, build self-assurance, confidence, and achieve progress.
